1. What's your order minimum?

   Minimum order for custom cookies is two dozen. I cannot provide bulk discounts as these are handmade items.

2. Do you offer shipping and/or delivery?

   No. All orders must be picked up from my home in Ann Arbor, MI. Per Michigan Cottage Food Law, I cannot ship orders.

3. How are cookies packaged?

   Cookies are individually wrapped and heat sealed in cellophane bags and placed in a bakery box with cottage food label.

4. How long do cookies stay fresh?

   Cookies stay fresh in their heat sealed bags at room temperature for ~2 weeks. Cookies freeze well for up to several months! If freezing, keep them in their bags in a sealed container. To thaw, place the sealed container on the counter overnight and only remove the cookies once they are fully room temperature. Colors may bleed if not thawed properly.

5. How should cookies be stored?

   Store cookies at room temp and out of sunlight. Do not store cookies in the refrigerator. This can cause condensation, affecting the design.

6. How do I place an order?

   Please submit a request for a custom quote at the link below, then I will be in touch within 2-4 days with a quote for your order. Once you approve the quote, I will send an invoice and request full payment to confirm the order. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received and dates cannot be held without payment. No further payment will be required upon order pick up.
